Professional Background
Over the course of professional practice, I have been engaged in litigation work across a range of legal domains. My work has involved matters relating to environmental disputes, intellectual property issues, and other areas of law affecting individuals as well as corporate entities. This engagement has required regular interaction with complex factual and legal issues arising in varied legal contexts.

Practice Before the Supreme Court
My professional journey has included association with an Advocate-on-Record firm, where I was involved in litigation work before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Through this association, I gained exposure to court procedures, drafting of pleadings, and preparation of matters for hearing. The experience contributed to a practical understanding of Supreme Court practice and the processes involved in appellate litigation.
Environmental Law
I have had the opportunity to serve as a Judicial Clerk at the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi. This experience involved observing and assisting in matters concerning environmental regulation and governance, including issues relating to pollution control and forest conservation. The role required research into statutory frameworks and judicial precedents, including decisions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. This engagement contributed to a deeper understanding of environmental adjudication within India’s legal framework.

Information Technology and Law
With an academic background in computer science, my legal work also involves engagement with issues arising at the intersection of law and technology. This includes matters relating to information technology law, intellectual property, and data protection. Such work requires an understanding of technical concepts alongside applicable legal principles, particularly in the context of evolving digital frameworks and regulatory regimes.
